Fish - Big Eye Tuna, Locally Fresh Caught, Frozen Fresh
Bigeye Tuna get their name because one of the only ways to identify them from their very close cousin, the Yellowfin Tuna, is by their large eyes. Both Bigeye and Yellowfin are sometimes referred to as the Hawaiian name "Ahi" in the marketplace.
Big Eye Tuna is a great option for sushi and fresh poke,
quickly seared with sesame seeds, or poached in olive oil for an amazing tuna salad.
Locally caught in San Diego. Hook & Line.
