Cooking Kit - Bacon Wrapped Scallops

 Crowd Pleaser! And super easy to make! 

Kit includes: Wild Sea Scallops, Large (1 lb), organic lemon, harvested from our schools garden, organic garlic & Keller Crafted Meats Uncured Rustic Bacon, 8 oz

Recipe - Ingredients: Wild Sea Scallops, Large, 1 lb, 1/2 pound Bacon, extra virgin olive oil, salt & pepper.

Heat broiler. Wrap each scallop in a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place onto a baking sheet, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Cook under broiler for 10-15 minutes, until bacon is cooked through turning once. *or roast at 425 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
