Cooking Kit - Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

 Crowd Pleaser! And super easy to make! 

Kit includes: Wild Mexican Shrimp, Jumbo (2 lbs/approx. 20 shrimp) , organic lemon, harvested from our schools garden, organic thyme, organic garlic & Keller Crafted Meats Uncured Rustic Bacon, 8 oz

Suggested Add on: Rancho Gordo New Mexican Red Chile Powder 

Recipe: Ingredients: Juice of 1 organic lemon, organic garlic clove, minced, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp organic thyme, 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, salt, Wild Mexican Shrimp, Jumbo (2 lbs), Bacon (8 oz)

Pre heat broiler. Whisk lemon juice, garlic, paprika, thyme, olive oil & 1/2 tsp salt in a shallow baking dish. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Marinate in fridge for 20 minutes. Turn shrimp in marinade to coat. One at a time, remove each shrimp and wrap with a piece of bacon. Secure with toothpick, if desired. Place on a baking sheet. Spoon remaining marinade over shrimp. Broil, turning shrimp once until the bacon is slightly crisp and shrimp are cooked, about 5 minutes.
